Synopsis

Matilda Wormwood is the brightest six-year-old in all of Buckinghamshire, maybe all the world. But she is not wanted, not by her selfish parents or by Miss Trunchbull, the ogre who runs her school. And so, with a lot of brains and imagination – and a little bit of magic – Matilda sets out to show the world who’s boss. A musical delight for the child in all of us, filled with Roald Dahl’s biting wit. Directed by Brad Friedman, musical direction by Rick Reynolds, and choreography by James Zongus.

AUDITION INFO

Please prepare a traditional-style Broadway song, not from the show. (But it would be a great idea for you to listen to the music, especially if you are trying to match your audition to a specific character.)
